I did a search on Google for a while, but didn't really come up with any efficient solution for hunting down and removing non-working ROMs. That being said, once I got to the larger SNK games (KoF2k3, SvC, etc.) I stopped my search, but I'm sure there's more I could remove. I manually sorted the ROMs by size and manually confirmed that almost the entire first 6 gigs of the largest ROMs are naomi and model3 games which means they're complete space wasters as far as a 32GB SD card goes. I'm thinking in terms of maximizing space on my SD card. ||||||| > Pages: 1 operator Reged: 02/07/04 Posts: 98 MAME4droid Reloaded clean set? #303591 - 02/01/13 07:04 AM Hey all, I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas on how to strip the MAME4Droid reloaded rom set (aka MAME 0.139u1 rom set) down to only those files which actually work. Related torrents for 'Mame 0.37b5 Full Romset. Theres a full list of changes in the whatsnew.txt. (originally stood for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator).

MAME is a multi-purpose emulation framework. There are no additional versions.Ī lot of games appear to load and work fine after i've imported the full romset but there are a significant number that have this behaviour described above, where when I move the ROM out of the folder and then re-add it, it works fine.Game information, description, and download page for MAME 0.139 to 0.140 Update Pack ROM for Complete ROM Sets (Full Sets in One File) ROMs, ISOs, Games. Cop game it works! Why does moving it to a separate folder cause it to work from launchbox, whereas when in the full romset folder it doesn't? It's the exact same rom file. It found the abcop rom and succeeded in adding it to my arcade list. In launchbox I went to import games, arcade, and chose the folder I made called "test". I deleted the game from the list and proceeded to copy the abcop.zip ROM to a separate folder simply called "test" with no other files in there. This is one of those games that hang when I try to load through launchbox so I did a little experiment. This is where it gets weird though: as an example I will choose A.B. If I independently load Retroarch (sideloaded 64-bit), go to load content and choose the ROM from the full mame set folder, followed by appropriate core (mame2010) then the game works just fine. It does appear to load Retroarch (sideloaded 64-bit) and if I wait long enough my tablet will tell me that the Retroarch app is not responding. However, some games just hang with launchbox saying "loading" at the bottom. I have imported the full 0.139 mame set and configured to use Retroarch with mame2010 core. Banging my head trying to sort this out so thought i would finally ask for help! This issue is with Launchbox 1.0 for Android.
